Who am I?

I am a Solutions Consultant at Yellowfin South Africa. With more than 20 years’ experience across various aspects of IT and software development, I am passionate about finding solutions to improve the way customers apply and interpret their own data. I am responsible for strengthening relationships, supporting the sales team in the development of new accounts and providing both pre- and post-sales support and services to current customers and partners.

What is Yellowfin?

Yellowfin represents an end-to-end BI solution and analytics platform that delivers the complete BI stack. This includes data transformation, automated insights, and market-leading collaboration tools – so customers have one product for analytics and data transformation.

More importantly, with automated insights, Yellowfin applies machine-learning algorithms to help data analysts respond quickly to business questions and to help business users answer the question ‘Why?’ on their own.

Most BI tools will tell you what happened but Yellowfin will tell you why it happened.
